The Compton SCITT Partnership: an ‘Outstanding’ Teacher Training Provider

SCITT stands for School Centred Initial Teaching Training, a one-year school-based teacher training programme.  The Compton SCITT Partnership are looking for candidates with some school experience and a passion for teaching to inspire young people to fulfil their potential.  Applicants must have a degree 2:2 or above, provide evidence of an interest in working with young people, possess high quality communication skills, and speak fluently, clearly, and grammatically.
